These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website axentivor.com (hereinafter the "Site") operated by Axentivor S.R.L., CUIT 30-71856294-3, with address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the service

Axentivor is an educational platform offering training programs in trading and investment. All content available on the Site and in our programs is strictly educational and informational. Axentivor is NOT a brokerage firm, market agent, registered financial advisor, or entity regulated by the National Securities Commission (CNV). We do not provide personalized investment advice nor manage third-party funds.

2. Investment disclaimer and risks

Trading in financial markets involves a significant level of risk, including the possibility of total loss of invested capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. The examples, market analyses, and strategies presented in our programs are exclusively for educational purposes and do not constitute recommendations to buy or sell financial instruments. Each individual is responsible for evaluating their own financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before trading in any market. We recommend consulting with a professional financial advisor registered with the CNV before making investment decisions.

3. Registration and site usage

Access to certain sections or services may require prior registration. By registering, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Axentivor shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the Site or the application of knowledge acquired in our programs to financial market operations. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of errors in published content.

7. Payment policy

Program prices are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) unless otherwise indicated. Accepted payment methods and financing conditions will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240 and its amendments, and will be communicated prior to contracting the service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the interpretation of these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the National Commercial Courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may apply.
